Granola (Nibs Etc Oat & Honey)

High fibre, upcycled and fighting food waste, refined sugar free and not too sweet, Nibs etc granola lends itself wonderfully to sweet and savoury dishes; from your perfect porridge topper, delicious with your favourite milk, yoghurt and fruit, popped into a tupperware for breakfast or a snack on-the-go, incorporated into a trail-mix bowl at the office, even sprinkled in your salad with some beetroot and goats cheese, as a toast topping and delicious on a cheeseboard.

 

This batch is made up of 1/3 Juice Pulp sourced from Kent-grown-and-pressed Cox Apples, in England.
