TOPUP TRUCK is all about sustainability, community and well-being.

By well-being, we mainly just mean eating well; feeling good about respecting nature; connecting with others and (not forgetting) having fun! But there is even more we can do to look after ourselves in these -let's admit - horrendous times.

We have teamed up with soul healer Emma Shoesmith who will be doing an Instagram LIVE with wellness tips for surviving lockdown at 1pm EVERY WEDNESDAY on the TOPUP TRUCK Instagram throughout November.
